Tekoa Collection is a boutique, award-winning skincare brand rooted in thoughtful formulation, intentional care, and the quiet luxury of healthy skin.

The name "Tekoa" found its way to me in 2011, during my final year of university when I found myself at a crossroads of faith and what was next. I dusted off my Bible and came across the name “Tekoa” in 2 Samuel 14. Weeks later, walking along Frederick Street in Edinburgh, a passing thought settled: “Tekoa would one day make a nice name for a business”. Years on, that instinct has become a brand.

My entrepreneurial journey is one of creativity, discipline, and purpose. From selling handmade jewellery at 15, inspired by a chance encounter in San Francisco on a family holiday, to turning a baking hobby into a business, a skincare hobby into a brand I adore. Now as a nurse, I’ve been able to get a better understanding of human biology which has enabled me to carefully care for patients, all this training and skills I use within Tekoa Collection.

As a British-Nigerian, raised in Scotland and now based in Canberra, my multicultural perspective is woven into the brand's DNA. Ingredients are chosen for integrity and potency — West African shea butter, nourishing hemp and almond oils, and Australian Kakadu plum among them.

Tekoa Collection is built on one guiding belief: intentional skincare. This is skincare that is used on-purpose, for a purpose rather than a trend. I like to live my life with purpose and with intention and that’s what I bring to all my formulations and business. Our products are designed to support the skin's natural function, calm the nervous system, and transform daily routines into meaningful moments.

Beyond our product line, we offer personalised facial treatments, DIY skincare workshops and pop-up events, with the vision to be established as more than a skincare brand but rather a community where women can walk confidently in their skin, feel empowered as they gain knowledge that allows them to make informed decisions for their beauty and wellness and finally uplifted as they go through life.
