Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia only.  All orders are processed within 2-5 business days once payment is received. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.  Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode). Tekoa Collection is under no obligation to provide a refund or redelivery costs if your parcel is returned to sender. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure you are able to follow updates from the selected Courier. Please check your junk mail for tracking information emails.

International Shipping 

We ship to the UK, USA and Canada. Please send an email to info@tekoacollection.com with your order and an invoice will be sent to you.
