Return and Refund Policy

Should your purchase arrive damaged, please email us at info@tekoacollection.com including a description of the damage, photographic evidence, your order number with as much information as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will rectify the issue in a timely manner.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind'. Once your order leaves us we are unable to grant a refund or exchange even if you have not opened your products.
